President
Rev. Alhassan Paul Kargbo currently serves as the President of the Missionary Church of Africa Sierra Leone (MCA-SL), following his election at their National Delegate Conference in March 2025. He holds a Master of Ministry Degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, and has served the church in various capacities including General Secretary for over ten years.
General Secretary
Rev. Samuel M. Bangura serves as the General Secretary of MCA-SL, overseeing administrative operations and coordinating church activities across all districts. He brings extensive experience in church administration and community development.
Treasurer
Rev. David R. Fullah manages the financial affairs of MCA-SL, ensuring transparency and accountability in all church resources. He works closely with the executive committee to support the church's mission and development projects.
District Coordinator - Western Area
Rev. Joseph M.K. Koroma coordinates church activities and pastoral oversight in the Western Area district, working to strengthen local congregations and support community outreach initiatives.
District Coordinator - Koinadugu
Rev. Musa Sewa leads the Koinadugu District, overseeing 29 churches and coordinating evangelism, education, and community development programs throughout the region.
Youth Director
Rev. Samuel M. Kabba directs youth ministries across all districts, organizing programs that engage young people in faith, leadership development, and community service.
Women's Ministry Coordinator
Pastor Kumba Perry Kargbo coordinates women's programs and ministries, supporting the women's wing and organizing initiatives that empower women across all MCA-SL districts.
Education Director
Rev. Mark Marah oversees the educational programs of MCA-SL, managing 201 primary schools and 19 secondary schools, ensuring quality Christian education across all operational districts.
Evangelism Coordinator
Rev. Kanfa Kamara coordinates evangelism efforts across all districts, training pastors and lay leaders in effective outreach and church planting strategies.
Theological Education Director
Rev. Peter L. Koroma directs theological education programs, including the Bible College Chapel, training pastors and church leaders for effective ministry.
District Coordinator - Tonkolili
Rev. Hassan Larkoh coordinates church activities in the Tonkolili District, overseeing 17 churches and supporting pastoral leadership and community development initiatives.
Development Director
Rev. Brima Fullah directs the Development Department, overseeing church planting, building projects, and educational initiatives that transform communities across Sierra Leone.
